Travel Bugs

While GEO Caching you can sometimes find Travel Bugs. They are Items that carry their own individually numbered Dog Tags. The tags are registered at the Geo Caching website where they can be tracked. You can see a map of the path the Travel Bug has taken over time and how many miles it has traveled. 

Some Travel Bugs have a mission like being dropped off on one side of the US and finding their way back home. Others simply want to move from cache to cache logging into as many places as they can. The Travel Bug page usually states the object they are after.
